Step one

How to earn tickets

Qualifying orders put tickets in your account automatically. Tickets arrive by email within 7 business days of the trigger. Log in with your Munch ID to claim and scratch them.

Purchase path

Orders of $500 or more

Every qualifying non-equipment order of $500 or more earns one scratch ticket. Order as often as you normally do and the tickets stack up.

Equipment brands do not qualify: Trane, American Standard, Mitsubishi, Midea, Ameristar, RunTru and Commercial.

Bonus tickets

Orders above $1,500 add two bonus tickets on top of the standard one.

Place at least two qualifying orders in every calendar month of the Promotion Period and earn a three-ticket loyalty bonus, awarded when the promotion closes.

No purchase necessary

Every dealer gets one free scratch ticket per week, order or no order. It posts to your Munch ID account automatically.

Free tickets use the same format as purchase tickets. A purchase does not improve or diminish your odds.

How to play

Each ticket does two jobs. It carries one instant-win result and one game piece.

Instant Win

Scratch the Instant-Win panel. Each ticket gives one result: a listed instant prize or no win.

Instant prizes post to your Munch ID account as soon as you scratch. Discounts and free delivery apply to your next qualifying order.

Save a ticket and scratch it later if you want the moment. Nothing expires before the Promotion Period ends.

Collect to Win

Every ticket also reveals one game piece or "No Piece." Each piece belongs to a named prize set. Collect all the pieces in one set before the Promotion Period ends and that prize is yours.

Sets work like the property groups in a classic board game. Each prize tier has its own named pieces, and you need every distinct piece in that tier. It is not one picture cut into fragments.

Pieces from different tiers do not combine. Duplicates do not fill a gap. Trade duplicates with other eligible participants if you like. Munch's does not run a trade desk.

At the counter: branches also run a prize wheel for everyday orders and swag. The wheel is a separate in-store game. Munchmania handles the digital tickets, the collect sets, the Official Rules and your login.

You can play Munchmania without buying anything. Every dealer with an active Munch’s Supply account gets one free scratch ticket per week for the whole Promotion Period.

Log in with your Munch ID. If you do not have one yet, your TM can set it up.
Your free ticket posts to your account every Monday of the Promotion Period.
Scratch it the same way you scratch a ticket earned on an order.
